It should also specify that your data will not be used to train their general model and that the vendor is responsible for keeping it secure.
If a vendor does not offer a data processing agreement or tries to hand you a generic consumer terms of service, do not use them. Demand a proper enterprise agreement that protects your data and your business.

Even with a secure AI vendor, you need to implement it securely. Use strong authentication. Control access to sensitive data within the system. Audit who accesses what. Follow your vendor's security recommendations. Monitor for unusual activity.
